Children/Students
Children and Student Ministries (CSM) covers all children from birth to age 18 (or when they leave for college). Nursery care for infants and toddlers is provided on Sunday morning and during major parish events. Hundreds of volunteer leaders across the parish, from teens to seniors, support CSM as Sunday School teachers, Chapel leaders, activity coordinators, mission leaders, and more.
Holy Comforter Episcopal Preschool offers families a warm, nurturing and friendly beginning to their school experience. Our child-centered curriculum allows each child to be an active learner, while learning to cooperate with one another and respect and help others. We believe that every child is a unique child of God. We strive to cultivate the individuality of each child and to encourage independence and creativity, while meeting their social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs. We believe our program enables our students to be successful and meet challenges with confidence.
If you are new to the parish or are searching for a church, please contact the Director of Children's Ministries for a Welcome Packet for Families. And please bring your children to church, to Sunday School and to our various family activities. There are many opportunities for them to join in worship, discipleship and mission.
