International Missions
1. Honduras
We will again take a small group to serve the Episcopal Church in the Copan Region of Honduras this year. In addition, we are hoping to help purchase a pickup truck for the leader for some 30 congregations in the surrounding mountains around Copan.
2. Africa & Indian Ocean
We will be traveling to Tanzania and are hoping to complete an additional leadership project in Kenya and Uganda this year. This on-going leadership program targets eastern Africa. Holy Comforter provides tuition funds for clergy and laity around the given area to attend a leadership conference. They learn leadership skills and ways of establishing self-sufficiency.
